The Man Who Wanted the World

Once Upon a Time, in a land west of Chicago and South of Alaska, there was a young man who was full of greed. He wanted the world, but had no way to get it.
He figured that if he traveled to every place existing, he would own them. And so he set off with a loaf of bread and a lump of straw to rest his head on.
He saw great things. He traveled to the rolling hills of Faireden, The rocky shore of Airavia, to the bustling streets of First Dock. He wandered through the wet lands of Erelaria and the beautiful prairies in Boerhurst. He climbed the tallest peak in Allerakin, and wandered through valleys and deserts. Though the man was young of age when he set forth from the Pinian Shore, he was never seen alive again.
He never owned the world, and he never set foot on land again. Years later, there are rumors that his boat washed up on the Airavian coast, where the boat was cut to pieces by the jagged rocks and the man's body washed up to the sandy shore.
Children, do not be foolish. Think through your actions. And then, you shall live a long and happy life without worrying about living no more.
